데이터는 Supabase(데이터베이스·저장소)와 Vercel(API 서버)에 보관·처리됩니다. 답변 문장은 AI 첨삭을 위해 Anthropic Claude API로 전송되며, 학습 첨삭 목적 외에는 사용되지 않습니다. 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 판매·제공하지 않습니다.
모든 녹음과 답변은 다른 이용자에게 전달되기 전에 자동 심사를 거칩니다. 부적절한 콘텐츠(욕설·성적 내용·광고·개인정보 노출 등)는 배달되지 않습니다.
링고알람의 언어교환 기능은 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 출생 연도는 이 확인에만 사용되며 공개되지 않습니다.
수집된 정보는 서비스 제공 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 삭제를 원하시면 hans@openhan.kr로 기기 ID 또는 닉네임과 함께 요청해 주세요. 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Shown to matched users: nickname, country, native/learning language, your voice recordings and transcripts, replies and corrections.
Never shown to anyone: gender (used only as a voice-matching filter) and birth year (used only for 18+ verification), plus a randomly generated device ID.
Data is stored on Supabase and processed via Vercel. Reply sentences are sent to the Anthropic Claude API solely for AI language feedback. We do not sell personal data.
Every recording and reply is automatically screened before delivery. The language-exchange feature is for users 18 and older.
Email hans@openhan.kr with your device ID or nickname and we will delete your data promptly.
